Mr. Francois Leaute, MD of DMS in France, has been elected as the new President of IMSA for 2008/ 2009. Francois has been in the industry for over 10 years and is known for his leadership and strategic vision. Second in line are Mr. Arcadio Roselli, CEO of Service Evaluation Concepts and Mr. Jan Willem Smulders, MD of AQ Services International.

AQ Services International has strengthened its position in the Asian region. It’s Operational Head Quarters has been established in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from where AQ is able to run cost effective high quality services for its regional and global operations. Business Units by country execute basic operational processes such as recruitment, scheduling, training and reviewing. The final touch to the programs is made by the locally based business managers.
